Interviewed Mar 2012 in Boulder, CO(took 21 days)
Began with campus recruiter, applied for interview through campus recruiting website. First interview was face to face with recruiter at my University. Duration about 30 minutes consisting of typical interview type questions with some "brain teaser" questions thrown in. No technical questions. Several weeks later I was contacted for a second interview. I was flown to a field location where the second interview was held. This second interview was more of an introduction to the various segments that had openings. Some group and individual challenges/games were held. At the end of the two days another 1 on 1 interview was held, similar to the first interview. I was extended an offer about 1 week later.

Interviewed null -1 in New York, NY(took 3 days)
For first interview: My recruiter asked typical behavioral questions. What was a time you set a goal and how did you meet it? Etc. I know the other recruiter was asking critical thinking questions like if you are in a boat in a tank and you drop an anchor into the water that's not connected to the boat, what happens to the level of the water? Second: presentations and rig/shop visits I had the second interview recently, won't know if I got the job for a while
